WebI took cryptolepis and it helped my babesia a lot. The dosage that Stephen Buhner recommends is 20-40 drops, up to 4x daily. This was several years ago, but I believe I was taking 1/2 tsp three times a day (which is on the high end of Buhner's dose). My babesia was very resistant to Mepron, malarone, and artemesia, but cryptolepis did the trick.
