I think fussing over tank and plane design is too small a concern for this kind of game. Imo, what matters is political/diplomatic scale, down to division design, and and thus tech advancement should be streamlined. I don't think you're at the level of game mastery such that supply will have any weight in your decision making. You're blaming the supply system over your own mistakes. A suggestion: There's a difficulty option you can take when starting the game. I recommend you take "very easy". tm throttle
