Now I can't shift out of park without pressing the release on the side of the shifter. To make matters worse, the glove box latch is broken and I can't get to the owners manual for the fuse diagrams. You have to push that bult piece in and then it will come out of park. This is something that will always happen until you get it fixed. It is easier to get an connector wiring harness from a Chevy dealer (Part Number 13583923).
