From what I understand you have to adjust the floor pan somewhat (ie; hammer) on a 67 for a 700r4 and shorten the drive shaft. Also the gear spit is very wide on the 700r4 3.06-1.62-1.00-.070 this puts a big drop in RPM between gears 1ST to 2ND is the worst it's about 50% and very noticeable with higher gears.

The hard part is locating the TV cable correctly. This may be even more difficult with a tri-power. I can't stress enough the importance of properly locating this cable. It is not just a kick-down cable.
