I just reloaded a earlier save and added the wolf trait via cheats/Mccommand and didn't have the white nose problem when they turned into a werewolf. Same happened to me! My sim was turned by Rory, and I only noticed today that his face is monochromatic.

Initially tested only the Wildfangs pack but later on I also tested the Moonwood Collective and it seems to occur as well.
