Webi was having trouble getting nzbget to install / run as well after upgrading to DSM 6. I think the problem lies in the removal of the 'root' account. Anyways, to get around it I uninstalled nzbget, created a user called nzbget with permissions to the appropriate folders, then reinstalled nzbget.
